This recipe gets you crispy wings every time, if you prefer boneless do everything the same but reduce the cook time by 2 minutes (tinker to find your desired crisp/juiciness).
Meat:
1-1.5lbs of bone-in chicken wings
Dry Ingredients:
1/3 tsp Sea salt
1/3 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4th cup Parmesan Cheese
Prep:
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Place dry mix in large gallon bag, place wings in bag, shake until all items are coated.
Leave wings on wire rack in refrigerator overnight. (optional, they are more crispy this way)
Cooking:
Place wings in air fryer
Set air fryer to 375
Cook for 22 minutes flipping wings at halfway point.
